We build for markets we understand. Trojan Labs gives that thinking a practical home: products shaped around African users and the work they need to do.
HURDLE
Our e-commerce marketplace for Nigerian youth brings together streetwear, fashion, and lifestyle. It is built around local commerce and a generation with its own expectations of discovery and identity.

Kitchyn
Kitchyn helps restaurants grow sales online without giving up the relationship. A branded ordering storefront launches in 24 hours, with direct payments and logistics built in, so restaurants keep 100% of revenue and own every customer they serve.
Work in the pipeline.
Our published pipeline includes Aura, a financial infrastructure concept; Nexus, focused on predictive supply-chain optimisation for African trade; and Sentient, an AI-driven threat-detection project. These are development initiatives, separate from HURDLE and Kitchyn.
Build with a market in mind.
The starting point is a specific need. From there, the work is to give the idea a useful form, understand how people respond, and decide what deserves further development.
